Education Outside The Classroom Permission Form

to undertake visits, trips, outside of the classroom within the environs of Wellington.  Transport may include travel by bus, car, train or by walking if in close proximity to the school.

Please Note:

This consent form, to be completed for each child, will eliminate the filling in of permission forms each time pupils go on trips.

You will be sent notices about all trips, including times leaving and returning, costs, means of transport, gear requirements and parent help needed.

Our "Education Outside of Classroom" policy is available for parents to see and is held in the school office.

As stated in our Road Safety policy, parents transporting children to extra-curricular and sporting activities, must provide a seat belt for each passenger.
